3. User Content & AI Generation

You retain ownership of the data you enter into our resume builder. However, by using our AI features, you acknowledge that content is generated using Google Gemini AI models.

QuickHire AI does not guarantee the 100% accuracy of AI-generated content. It is the user's responsibility to review and verify all information in their resume before using it for job applications.

4. Payments & Refunds

QuickHire AI offers digital products (PDF downloads). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical failure where the product was not delivered, at the sole discretion of QuickHire AI.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on QuickHire AI's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. QuickHire AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
